1. Take I-85 S to exit 41 US-27 toward Moreland/Greenville.
2. Turn left onto US-27 toward Moreland. Follow this road for 37 miles.
3. Take a slight left onto W. Perry St.
4. The Community Medical Center of Manchester will be on your
   right. It is located in the same building as the Meriwether
   Department of Health.

From the South

1. Drive north on US-27/GA-85. It will become Broad St. in Manchester.
2. Follow Broad St. until it becomes Johnson Ave.
3. Turn left onto West Perry St.
4. The Community Medical Center of Manchester will be on your
   right. It is located in the same building as the Meriwether
   Department of Health.
