From the North

1. Take I-85 S to exit 71 toward Fairburn.
2. Make a right onto GA-74/Senoia Rd. Follow this road for 1.2 miles.
3. After passing under the bridges, turn left onto Roosevelt Hwy/US-29. Follow this road for 4.8 miles.
4. Turn right at Park St. The Community Medical Center will be on the corner of Park and Roosevelt Hwy.

From the South

1. Take I-85 N to exit 51 for McCollum-Sharpsburg Rd.
2. Keep left at the fork and follow signs for Palmetto.
3. Turn right onto Roosevelt Hwy/ US-29. Follow this road for 5.7 miles.
4. Turn left at Park St. The Community Medical Center will be on the
   corner of Park and Roosevelt Hwy.
